What is the standard shipping timeframe for furniture?
Most furniture items are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location and the size of the piece.
Do you offer international shipping for home decor?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a full refund or a free replacement immediately.
Are your textiles and rugs sustainably sourced?
Yes, Matchbox is committed to ethical sourcing. Over 80% of our textiles are made from organic or recycled materials, and we partner with fair-trade certified manufacturers.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be changed.
